Moon Light Beach Resort is committed to providing a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for all guests, and visitors are kindly requested to conduct themselves in a manner that is respectful of fellow guests, staff, and the property at all times. Any damage caused to resort property by a guest, or members of their party, will be assessed and the cost of repair or replacement may be charged to the responsible guest. The resort shall not be held liable for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings unless caused by proven negligence on the part of the resort.
